We've returned home to Colorado, but thought a final post was in order capturing our extended trip back from Sweden. A few images are posted above.

Leaving Windleblo in good hands on Orust, we enjoyed two stopovers en route to the U.S. First, we visited our son, John, at his place of summer employment, the Tufts European Center in Talloires, France. Stunning is the only word that captures the place, which is tucked away on Lake Annecy in the French Alps. We enjoyed three days of wine, pastries, and camaraderie with John, his colleagues, and his host family.

We then traveled by train through Switzerland and Austria to visit Windleblo crew Martin and Dawn at their home in Vienna. They were fantastic hosts, showing us around Vienna and the surrounding area. Highlights were good friends, grand architecture, Austrian wine, and Viennese coffee...you get the picture.

The only remaining question is which place had the best pastries! The competition was tough.

As was the competition for the Bike Naming Contest. After careful review, the judges have decided to declare this year's contest a draw!! There were too many good entries to choose!!! All entrants will receive a consolation prize, and the contest will be replayed next season.
